Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal purposes. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company.
Copyright
All Content (text, data, graphics, videos, audio, and other materials) is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and is the property of the Company and/or a supplier to the Company. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.
Trademarks & Publicity Rights
All trade names, trademarks, and images/biographical information used in the Content and contained on the Site, including without limitation “The Voice Acting Career Kickstart,” are the property of, or used with permission by, the Company. Nothing herein grants any license or right to use any trademark without the express written consent of the Company or third-party owner. Any comments, suggestions, notes, text, drawings, images, designs, or programs you send to the Company become the sole property of the Company without obligation of confidence or compensation to you.
Security
The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to our data and files; however, no system is entirely impenetrable. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
Privacy
The Company will not intentionally disclose personally identifying information to third parties except as required by law or to enforce these Terms. By using the Site, you accept our Privacy Policy at www.voiceactingcareerkickstart.com/terms.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY USING THE SITE OR THE COMPANY’S SERVICES. YOUR RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS, INCLUDING YOUR EFFORTS, SKILLS, AND RESOURCES. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Third-Party Services; Use Limitations
The Company is not responsible for performance or service issues caused by any third-party website or service provider (e.g., your internet service provider, Stripe, PayPal, or software updates). The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit your use of the Site and/or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Refunds, if any, will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy below. After the applicable refund window, all sales are final.
Nature of Educational Courses
The Company’s courses and training programs are educational in nature. As with all educational programs, the value, benefit, and outcomes experienced by each participant depend on individual effort, engagement, background, and implementation. As a result, perceived value and satisfaction are inherently subjective.
Refund Policy for Courses
We stand behind our programs 100%. Our promise is simple: we will deliver the most comprehensive, actionable, and inspiring voice acting course available.
We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 14 days of purchase, you have engaged with the program and do not feel it delivers on the value promised, you may request a refund.
For clarity, dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, perceived value, pace of progress, or subjective assessment of benefit does not constitute a defect, failure of service, or quality issue.
Refund requests based on changes in personal circumstances — including but not limited to changes in finances, health, employment, schedule, or family obligations — do not qualify. By enrolling, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure you have the time, resources, and commitment to participate before purchasing.
Access to the course materials constitutes delivery of the educational service.
Refund Policy for Digital Products & Bundles
Certain products offered on this Site include digital materials (e.g., downloadable files, templates, presets, videos, audio recordings, and other electronic content) (“Digital Products”). All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods.
If you purchase a bundle or package that includes both refundable and non-refundable components (for example, a course with a downloadable bonus pack), any refund will apply only to the refundable portion, provided the request is made within the applicable refund period. Access to Digital Products is deemed to occur upon clicking a download link or accessing the materials within the membership portal.
For clarity: The Ultimate Voice Acting Accelerator Bundle includes instant-access downloadable materials and is non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Once accessed, digital educational materials are deemed delivered as described.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or Your Content submitted via the Site.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party content providers and licensors, each of whom shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly.
Governing Law; Venue; Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Modifications
These Terms may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review this page for the then-current Terms of Use.
